What can come back

An unused tool in its original packaging, with the case, inserts, fittings and invoice, can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Keep the outer carton: couriers will not accept a bare toolbox as a parcel.

  • original case and foam inserts, all pieces present
  • the invoice in the box

Damaged, defective, wrong or missing

Film the unboxing. For an item that arrives damaged or dead, is the wrong item, or is missing pieces, we need a continuous video of the parcel being opened, sent within 48 hours of delivery. It is the only evidence that separates transit damage from later use, and with it we replace or refund in full and pay the return shipping.

To be clear about what this is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged, dead or incomplete. It is not a manufacturer warranty and we do not claim to offer one.

What cannot come back

  • a tool that has been used, sharpened, modified or fitted
  • consumables that have been opened — blades, chains, abrasives, bits
  • an item returned without its case, inserts or fittings
  • a request made after 10 days from delivery

How to start a return

Write to Bhopal Tools at service@bhopaltools.shop with your order number and what is wrong. We issue return instructions 1-2 business days, and the refund follows 5-7 business days.

Money goes back the way it came: a prepaid order to the same UPI handle or bank account, a Cash on Delivery order to the bank or UPI details you confirm with us in writing. Change-of-mind returns are sent back at your cost; our fault, our cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like a different item, return the unused piece in its original packaging within the return window for a refund and place a fresh order.
