Ordering and delivery
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above; a flat ₹79 applies below that. We pack within 1-2 business days in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and transit runs 2-4 business days to a metro, 4-8 business days further out. Door to door, plan for 3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. Cards are not accepted — no credit card payments, no debit card payments, and no PayPal.
Do you charge GST?
Yes — and it is already inside the price. Bhopal Tools is registered under GST, GSTIN 23ABBPD8202D1ZJ, so what the product page shows is what you pay; checkout itemises the GST portion instead of adding anything at the last step. Ask us for a GST invoice against an order and we will send it.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed on the day of dispatch. Courier scans can lag a day, especially over a weekend.
Returns and problems
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging with the case, inserts and invoice.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund in full and we pay the return shipping. To be clear about what that is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged or dead, not a six-month or manufacturer warranty, and we do not claim to offer one.
Using the tools
Do the cordless kits come with batteries?
Where a kit includes batteries and a charger, the listing says so and gives the count. Where an item is sold as a bare tool, the listing says “tool only”.
Will a 20V tool work with my existing batteries?
Only if they are the same platform. Battery packs are not interchangeable between platforms even at the same voltage, so check the listing before ordering.
Are the sockets metric or imperial?
The listing states which. Several sets carry both, and where a set is one or the other it is written into the title.
What PSI do I need for car tyres?
A passenger car sits around 30–35 PSI, so any inflator here covers it. The higher-PSI compressors are for nailers and workshop use, not just tyres.
Do the compressors run on a normal socket?
Yes — everything electrical we list is supplied for 230 V and standard Indian sockets.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No — we are online only, with no walk-in counter. Everything is packed and dispatched from our Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh workspace, and we answer during Customer service: 5:30 AM – 9:00 PM IST, daily
